I spent 11 and a half years at IBM across six roles, ending as a Financial & Sales Operations Manager. Before that, a JPA scholarship took me from a small Chinese village in Raub to a Chemical Engineering degree in Seoul. On paper, a stable path.

Then I left it. I went into blockchain digital asset communities, and later into AI. In March 2025 I built a live web app for a blockchain community without writing a single line of code using AI. Within two months it had matched over US$1 million in bonded assets. I am not a developer. I was just curious enough to try.

That is what I do now: help people use AI to build things they did not think they could build.

But when it came to speaking about my own story, I was stuck at a blank page like everyone else.

So I enrolled in Paid To Speak as a Cohort 1 student and gave it my full focus. In two and a half months I had my niche identified, my speaker profile and bio built, and my online presence live.

This session is the system I used, handed to you, with me alongside you until it is done.

I'm not an AI fan, and I will always prioritize human work over AI work. But I have to admit that Jane's training brought me back to the game.
